Mac Pyles Obituary
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, June 24, at Harrell-Faircloth Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Sardis Cemetery with Andy Russell, Mike Tillman, Don Moxley, Ron Penn, Rick Thomas and Larry Cato serving as pallbearers.
Born Nov. 21, 1959, in Colquitt County, he was the son of Betty Browning Pyles and the late Mac Pyles. He was in car sales and was a member of the Berlin Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife Vicki Pyles of Berlin; sons, Ryan Pyles of Quitman and Eric Hendrixson; daughters, Lindsay Pyles of Valdosta, Ga., Misty Pyles of Moultrie and Paige Hendrixson of Berlin; sister, Diane Gaines and husband Gary of Moultrie; special nieces, Jessica Sparkman and husband Dustin and Mandy Hobby and husband Travis; special nephews, Tucker and Tanner Sparkman and Tyson Hobby; uncle, Bobby Browning and wife Patsy of Moultrie; aunt, Peggy Cato and husband Tommy of Berlin; grandchildren, Kyle Turner, Hannah Pyles, Hunter Carver, Raven Hamilton and Dalton, Riley, Kate and Wade Pyles; a mother-in-law, Edith Croft of Berlin; a father-in-law, Bobby Croft of Berlin; and a brother-in-law, Farrell Croft and wife Cheryl of Doerun.
Visitation will be today, June 24, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Harrell-Faircloth Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mac was a wonderful person, always full of energy & talking of his family. He loved his children, grandchildren, neices and nephews very much., and was so proud to show us pictures or bring us the babies when they would come to visit him at work. I hope that your sorrow will soon turn into all the wonderful memories that you had with him. You are in my thougts and prayers.

Betty and family, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, I last saw Farland when he was in his early 20's. He was happy throwing everybody passes with a football, I'll remember him like that. Everyone will surely miss him, best wishes to you all.

We are so sorry for your loss. Ricky and I grew up around Farland and Diane.I remember him giving us
rides on his mototcycle and playing football in the front yard.We love him and he was a good man.We send our love and May god be with you all.Our prayers are with the family especially Aunt Betty, Diane,Vickie,and Hannah.

Vickie sorry for your loss. I was told by many people before Charlie died sorry for your loss. But no one really knows how much of a loss it was. But I had in my mind which helped me get through the hard time was at least the pain and sufering for him is gone and he is at peace again. Life goes on and you will see it through. I miss Charlie every day of my life the pain is still there. Even though 7 months after Charlie died I found a wonderful man. I believe charlie sent him to me.
You have a great daughter I dont know your son but remember. You have them both to lean on.
My best of luck for the future and my tears for now. So please take care ok.
