Rhonda and Bevan, I am devastated to hear of Mackenzie's passing. My heart breaks for all of you. A wonderful light has gone out. I pray you will find this light refracted back to you in many many ways in the days to come.

I didn't know Mackenzie for very long -- I just started at the U of A this year -- but we had two classes together. I could see why he was so well liked: bubbly personality, a smile on his face, and a beautiful voice. I wish I had gotten to know him better -- he seems like an amazing young man who made everyone around him better. My deepest condolences to his family and friends; I hope that happy memories of Mackenzie will be of great comfort during this difficult time.
