Hello Readers. Why is it that it takes a tragedy to bring family together? I hadn't seen Mae (or Sherry, Brian, Valorie, Jackie or Mark) for several years, but I remember her as a witty, warm and friendly person. When I first heard of Mae's passing (I heard it from Denise, who heard it from Kenny, who heard it from Loren, who heard it from Mark - my, how news travels), my first response was one of great sadness over the loss of a swell lady. Now I'm thinking Mae is in a MUCH BETTER PLACE and is likely playing cribbage or some such game with Grandma June, "Uncle Roidy," and my own dear parents. God bless you all.

While I haven't seen Mae (or Sherry, Brian, Valorie, Jackie or Mark) for several years, I remember her as a very special lady. Always witty, warm and friendly. It's now such a difficult time for all. While my first reaction upon hearing of Mae's passing (I heard the news from Denise, who heard it from Kenny, who heard it from Loren, who heard it from Mark - my, how news does travel) was a sense of tremendous loss of a swell person, I'm now thinking that she's in a MUCH BETTER PLACE and likely playing cribbage or some such game with Grandma June, "Uncle Roidy," and my own dear parents.
