Maggie Lovett Obituary
Maggie Mary Lovett, age 91, of Culpeper, Va. passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Fauquier Hospital.
Mrs. Lovett was a housewife and caretaker in homes. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and was a native of Culpeper.
She is survived by two step-sons, Leroy Arrington (Audrey) and Wyatt Arrington, Jr. (Pearl); one sister, Peggy Moore Sealy; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at Bethel Baptist Church of Amissville from 12 Noon until the time of the service. The funeral service will be held at the church at 1 p.m. The Rev. Homer Jones of Manassas, Virginia officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery of Amissville, Va.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Lovett Family c/o June Frye, 6183 Waterford Road, Rixeyville, VA 22737. Arrangements by W.C. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 503-7 North Main Street, Culpeper, VA 22701.
