To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

I can't believe my cousin is gone. It's hurts more and more everyday, just to know i wont be able to see your face again. we had so0 much fun. The fights and the laughs. I never imagined my first tat being r.i.p leek or getting a shirt r.i.p leek. this is just to much for me. I cant stop thinking about you leek. I wish you could just come home.! Aunt yan needs you! ya family loves and misses you Maleek. I wish this was a dream. I'll give anything to hear half ya breath. I love you CuCuzz!!

Iyana, words can not express my sincere heartfelf sadness for the lost of your child. Nothing is as great as the loss of a child. We are not suppossed to bury our children.

Iyana, you know that Malik was my baby from the time you bought him home from the hospital. The last time I saw him he said: "Aunt Rita I wanna come to North Carolina and stay with you." You know I told him he could come on down anytime he wanted to. The requirement was that he 'had' to go to school. He just smiled that beautiful smile of his. I did not get a chance to see him the last time I was there and that saddens me. They would always come to the house when they saw me on the porch, or got word I was in town.

Know that you all are in my prayers and that Allah ta ala does not place a burden on us that we can not bear. If it be His will, we will see him again.....Ameen

I am hurt and saddend to here of suffering your going through. Darin even though I didn't know your son just knowing that he was a part of me,and to be taken like that breaks my heart. I do believe that to be abscent from the body is to be present with the Lord. So he will always be with us because Jesus would never leave or forsake us, and nothing can ever seperate us from God's love. I know your son is so happy now even though we are sad. Words can't express how we (Me&Sheema &Ike&Karia)feel in the loss of your son, we all knew that we must go down this path one day , but we never thought that we will be morning the loss of our child, we aways thought that they would be sending us off first, but Almighty God only calls for the special& the good ones first, he must have been one of Gods best to be call upon so young. I'm not going to lie to it's going to hurt and it mite hurt for awhile but know that his spirit will be with you to help ease your pain, the love y'all shared will always live on in you, just try to think of God calling him home to help pick out your house so when you see him again he(your son)will be at the door with open arms to welcome you home in Gods Kingdom and in the house that he & God have for you....
