Maloree Marie Pendry, 23, of Wilcoe, WV, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, at Welch Community Hospital.
Born on February 16, 1999, in Bluefield, she was a daughter of Helen Marie Andrigo Pendry and the late Parker Douglas Pendry. She had been a lifelong resident of McDowell County and was an avid animal lover and enjoyed hunting and fishing. She was a 2017 graduate of Mt. View High School and formerly worked as a medical secretary for Southern Highlands and McDowell Nursing and Rehab.
Survivors in addition to her mother include her son, Parker Blaine Pack of the home; her fiancé, Joshua Pack; brothers, Steven and Christopher Pendry of Welch; special friend, Lindsey Grubb Scott and her loving pets, Major and Hopper.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev.’s Mike and Rhodena Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where Joshua Pack, Jeremiah Pack, Joshua Andrigo, Brian Presley, DJ Greene, and Adam Wesley will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call prior to services, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Pendry family.
