Manuel Necochea Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 29, 2023.
Manuel N. Necochea, 73, of San Jacinto, CA, passed away on July 16, 2023. He was born on February 25, 1950. Manuel was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, Tio, and friend.

Manuel Necochea leaves behind a legacy of love and family. He is survived by his three children, Roseanna, Sammy, and Henry Necochea, and his three grandchildren, Randall, Summer, and Sunshine Necochea. Manuel was also a caring brother to his sisters Nori, Teri, Kiki, and Lita, and his brother Miguel. He had a special bond with his brother-in-law Dennis Mendenhall! Including his adopted niece Genny daughter of his best friend George. Not to forget those he considered family, "The Fuentes" Family.

Manuel Necochea was preceded in death by his parents, Lupe and Enrique Necochea, his sisters Adela Walsh and Lidia Mendenhall, and his wife Anita Necochea.

After graduating from Hemet High School, Manuel pursued a career in the furniture and appliance business. He owned his own furniture store called " Valley Furniture & Appliance" and dedicated many years to providing quality furniture to his customers before retiring. He moved to San Diego CA for many years then returned back to his hometown, Hemet & San Jacinto, for the rest of his days.

Manuel found solace within the community of "Our Lady of the Valley Church" in Hemet, CA, where he worshipped and married his high school sweetheart Anita Necochea.

In his free time, Manuel enjoyed various hobbies. He had a fondness for roosters & chickens he loved caring for them. Manuel also had a soft spot for dogs and cherished their companionship. He found joy in visiting beaches, Idyllwild, Hollywood Wax Museum, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, and Universal Studios embracing the wonder and excitement of these magical places. Manuel was a social individual and cherished the time spent with his many friends, creating lasting memories together.

Manuel Necochea will be remembered for his love for his family, his dedication to his work, his faith, and his tumultuous life. Life was not always easy as his health declined quickly over the past two years. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service to celebrate Manuel's life will be held soon in Hemet CA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to charity https://nacoa.org/ in memory of Manuel Necochea. Manuel was cremated on July 28th, 2023 in Fullerton CA by his children.
