Marcella C Tracy

Marcella C Tracy age 90 of Merrill died Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the Ministry Good Samaritan Health Center. She was born March 20, 1923 in Merrill, daughter of the late Martin and Marie (Pophal) Hahn. She was united in marriage to Neil R. Tracy on March 17, 1939 and he preceded her in death on September 26, 1983. Marcella worked for many years at Henson Glove Factory and at Fox Point Company of Merrill. She was a member of the VFW and the ladies auxiliary Christ United Methodist Church where she organized many funeral dinners. She also did volunteer work for Bell Towers and was a care giver for the Commission on Aging .Her greatest joy was spending time on Nose Lake near Rhinelander with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter Pauline Schotz and two sons-in-law Kenneth Schotz and James L. Schnelle, three sisters Bernice (Jack) Anderson, Dorothy (Ed) Henrichs, and a infant sister Lorrien and one brother Carl Hahn and a great grandson Ryan Schotz. She is survived by a daughter Mary Ellen B. Schnelle of Pardeeville, WI and a son Neil M. "Mike" (Patty) Tracy of Wausau and 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren
