Marcelle Cangelosi

Marcelle Raymonde Cangelosi, 77, of Littlestown, PA passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at her home. Born June 11, 1943 in Verdun, France, she was the daughter of the late Marcel and Suzanne (Sendre) Schreder. She was the wife of John M. Cangelosi, her husband of 56 years. Marcelle arrived in the United States when she was 18 years old. She enjoyed photography, swimming, and travel. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are her daughter and son-in-law, Marcie and Chris Vedrani of Westminster, MD; grandsons, A. J. Vedrani of Tucson, AZ and Matthew Vedrani of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Roland Schreder and Claude Schreder, both of Verdun, France; sisters, Jacqueline Laffont of Argeliers, France and Michelle Touly of Verdun, France. She was predeceased by her son, John M. Cangelosi, Jr. and a brother, Christian Schreder. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 16, 2021, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, MD. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD.
