My sincere condolences to the Golding family. I never knew Marco but I just discovered that he was a friend of my late brother, Rowan Clarke. I'm a Rep for the Young, Gifted & Black Entrepreneural Awards 2017 and both Marco and Rowan were award recipients. I know the pain of losing my brother, so I extend to his wife, children, parents and family, my heartfelt sympathy at the loss of your Marco. May God give you the strength you need and may Marco's soul rest in peace.

My condolences to the entire Golding family. I first met Marco 20 years ago. What a guy. One of the few "great guys" in the cosmetic industry. I will miss that smile and that electric personality.

Marco was sitting at the bar at a jazz club in Bologna, Italy - here for the cosmetics convention. He overheard our (three Americans) conversation talking about the best jazz radio stations in the US and accepted the offer to come sit with us. We had an hour of conversation and laughs with a truly exquisite human. His generousity and humor was the light in his smile, and after returning to the US he wrote to remind us that he was owed a home cooked bolognese dinner the following year. Larger than life. More of a hole left then you can imagine. Will be missed by so many. Rest well.

I met Marco through friends at work and it was undeniable that Marco was someone who would have stayed. Marco was the greatest! He would make you laugh when you didn't want to, he would make you think out of the box. Marco was a gem and a unique personality that is hard to find. The Karaoke nights in Korea Town, the dinners at Franco Rossi in Italy, the memories are endless. But Marco leaves something special behind: the power to look back and think that he will never really go in spirit because...that was Marco. The most peaceful, respectful,
non-judgmental person ever.

Last time I spoke to Marco was a few weeks ago, I was sitting on his favorite lounge chair and we agreed on meeting for a drink in Florida while I was there. Well, Marco, you cheated and left the game early this time. You never did! I will have that drink on you and those you loved.

I want to thank the almighty God for putting you in my life Co: you made me a better person and left lasting memories that will make me laugh forever. First, I didn't feel like I fit in at RIT, but you helped me to open up and people embraced me as a result. Watching you exude strength helped me to open up and believe in myself: I needed that. Second, an ah: those funny basketball memories (like the time you and I would take bad shots and Coach would yell at us; or the time you dropped 46 on that College that we both couldn't stand - and then we did a dance at the end of the game that upset their Coach - hysterical). Marco I can't tell you how much pain that I felt when I heard of your passing. Though we haven't seen each other since high school but I consider you a great friend. I remember the first time we met, it was our first day at Bishop Ford. We were at soccer practice and it was grueling, you encourage me to keep going.
