Benoit, Betty C., 81, Kansas City, passed away Friday, Nov. 24, 2006. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2006 at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church. Friends may call from 10 to 11 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church or Odyssey Hospice. Betty was born Dec. 11, 1924 in Caney, Kan. and had lived in this area for 38 years. She was a member of St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. in 2003. Survivors: son, Ronald Sr. (Mae Wright) of Kansas City, Mo.; daughter, Renee Roe (Ken) of Belton, Mo.; grandchildren, Katie (Brian) Norton, Amy (Dave) Miller, Heather Moll, Charles Benoit, Alex Benoit and Ronnie Benoit, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Hayley Miller, Ashlyn Miller, Olivia Moll, Emily Moll, Phillip Benoit, Avery Benoit; and brother, Robert Graves of Sedan, Kan. We offer our sympathy on the death of our former neighbor and friend, Betty Benoit. We have many fond memories of living across the street for seven years when our son was young. Betty was a wonderful, loving, fun caregiver for our son, Ted. With thanks for Betty's help so many years ago -- she was a special lady.
