Marga Sturzenegger

STURZENEGGER, Marga It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Marga Sturzenegger, on March 30th, 2010. Mom will be remembered for her kindness, putting others before herself, and her strong faith. She was a caring and loving mother, and someone that her children, grandchildren, family and friends could always depend on. Marga was predeceased by her husband George, her soulmate. Marga will be lovingly remembered by her son, Peter Koehler; her daughter-in-law, Georgie; her daughter Kathie Marini; her son-in-law, Dominic; and her grandchildren Mara and Robin Marini. Mara and Robin will cherish all the wonderful memories of times spent with their grandparents in both Vancouver and Hawaii. She will be missed so much by us all! Thank you to Christine and Brian Taylor, and members of Canyon Heights Christian Assembly, for all the help, love, and support they gave to mom over the years. May mom rest in peace, with the Lord's shining light upon her, until we meet again in the house of the Lord. A Celebration of Life will be held for Marga on Saturday, May 15th, at 2:00 p.m., at Canyon Heights Christian Assembly, on 4840 Capilano Road, in North Vancouver. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ALS Society would be greatly appreciated.
