Margaret ADAM Obituary
June 9, 1934 - November 14, 2014
On November 14, 2014 our loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully to be with our Lord. Margaret will be remembered for her kind heart and hospitality.
Leaving behind to cherish the legacy of her life, Clem, her loving husband of 58 years, three children Donna (Larry Goodwin), Randy (Berniece), Ron (Charlene), and four grandchildren Laura, Nolan, Hannah and Julie. Also, sister Rita Kittlitz, sister-in- law Irene Glor (Al), and sister-in-law Linda Prellwitz. She was predeceased by her parents Edmund and Frieda Prellwitz, brother Herb Prellwitz and brother-in-law Edwin Kittlitz. Margaret will be dearly missed by her family, many close friends, and loving church family.
A Celebration of Margaret's Life will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Millwoods Community Church, 2304 - 38 Street NW, Edmonton AB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Millwoods Community Church or Van-Es Camp & Conference Centre.

So sorry to hear of Margaret's passing. She was a beautiful lady, as I remember her as a patient in the dental office I worked in. May you be blessed with many wonderful memories of your wife and mother and grandmother. My sincere condolences!

I just heard and still in shock of Margaret's sudden passing. My heart just aches for all of your family. Margaret & Clem were a big part of my growing years & my 4 sisters (Dianne, Linda, Marilyn & Maureen) & our brother (Dereck). Our great uncle's farm was just across the road (Adamson, Archie & Andy) and where else would you take 6 kids ...to the farm. I remember trying to help Margaret with checking the eggs before packing them..she was really patient (as I said I was helping!) and as always; happy. I will remember her laugh, it made everybody feel good. Just want your family to know that Margaret has influenced our lives and will live on in our hearts.

Please accept our most heartfelt condolences on the passing and loss of Margaret. What a wonderful and caring person she was and you can be assured the doors of heaven were opened wide to allow the entry of this beautiful earthly angel! Please know that we will be among the many that wish they could be with you all on Friday to help celebrate her life. Dear Clem and family,
I first remember Margaret on the farm at Culp, in the Peace River District. She was somewhat but not a lot older than me, daughter of the Prellwitz' along with Rita (and Herb, their son, who took over the farm when their parents Ed and Frieda passed away). I liked and admired both girls alot. After she went to Normal School for six months, Margaret later me taught me school at the one-room school in Culp. She taught twelve grades! I only attended spring and fall (as we were snowed in in the winter) but it was such fun. Mom and dad drove me there, because the school in Girouxville, where the bus, which I would have needed to walk a mile to pick up, went to Girouxville, to the East, and was taught in French through Grade 2. I went there later, when we went back for the harvest in the fall, sometimes as much as 6 to 8 weeks. I believe Margaret and Rita moved away during this period.
Later I remember Margaret on the Adam farm outside Edmonton. She married Clem, Auntie Irene Glor (Adam's) brother. Rita married a farmer, Ed Kittlitz, and they farmed East of Edmonton as well. I babysat for Margaret and Adam once at a wedding (I didn't do a very good job of keeping the kids busy while the parents focused on the wedding).
I would see you and your children at family dinners. My family visited once in your lovely new home. I believe Randy, Ron and Donna were at that visit too. I'm very sorry to hear of Margaret's sudden passing. Ellie Glor

Bill and I are so very saddened to hear of Margaret's passing. We always enjoyed our brief visits with her after church services at Millwoods Community Church.....warmth in her smile and encouraging words. Love to the family.
