I have never met your mother but she must have been a great lady as I see her qualities in her son Massy every time I speak with him. I am sorry for your loss.

Michael - I was very sad to hear the news. My mum has lost one of her best friend. I was always happy to see Joan and catch up on your family news. We saw her a couple of times walking from her home to church, beside the Governor Generals. Our parent's generation, growing up in Manor Park, what a great life, with lots of good memories. Take care.

Margaret Joan Evans Miskelly was a great friend and supporter of the Royal Roads ex-cadet club. Her first husband, Dennis Evans, class of 1943-45, was a fine Royal Canadian Navy officer and a popular classmate to us all.
Joan Evans Miskelly was a fine wife of Dennis Evans and of her second husband, David Arthur Miskelly.
All three - Joan, Dennis Evans and David Arthur Miskelly - will be greatly missed.
