Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Monday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church. Rosary: 7 p.m. Sunday at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park.
Memorials: Alzheimer's Association of Tarrant County.
Margaret was born July 27, 1920, in Fort Worth to Herbert and Margaret Phenix. She was married to Roy A. Herberger Aug. 31, 1940, in Fort Worth. A lifelong Catholic, Margaret was a charter member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church. She was a huge source of strength for so many people. As the eternal optimist, our "Angel on Earth" taught us truly that "love is patient and love is kind." She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Herberger; brother, Erwin Paul Phenix; and grandson, Justin Bierschenk.
Survivors: Children, Roy Herberger Jr. and wife, Pamela, of Phoenix, Ariz., Sharon Fielder of Fort Worth, Marilyn Bierschenk and husband, Jerry, of Fort Worth and Sheila Sibley and husband, Trey, of Dallas; brother, George Phenix of Anna; sister, Ruby Mohan of Burnet; grandchildren, Tracy, Trent, Brandon, Heather, Kristen and Jordan; and a host of nieces and nephews.
