LEGACY

Peg leaves a legacy of love, devotion and dedication. She lovingly spent her life devoted to her husband, raising her five children and making her family home a place where love flourished and happiness blossomed.

Born in Herndon, WV and raised in Narrows, VA; Peg graduated from Narrows High School. She met and married the love of her life, Henry R. Ireland and together they shared 61 years of marriage. In that time she raised her five children to be adults she was very proud of and watched as her family grew with the addition of her 17 grandchildren. Peg enjoyed baking, bridge with her neighborhood friends, family vacations, trips to the beach and in the winter, travel with Henry to Naples, FL .

Peg will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all that she touched throughout her life.

FAMILY

Peg is the beloved wife of the late Henry R. Ireland. Loving mother of Theresa (Charles) Baxter, Tina Ireland, Richard (Jeanne) Ireland, Rodney (Patty) Ireland and Kathryn (Kerry) Jameson. Grandmother of 17.

Dear sister of Ola Reiuf, Alice Harrison and Charles Woolwine, Jr all of VA.

FAREWELL SERVICE

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for a visitation Sunday after 3 PM in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury; where a Memorial Service will follow at 4 PM.

Cremation and interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Two Princess Rd., Suite D, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648

My deepest sympathy to my friends, the Ireland Family. Mrs Ireland was one of my favorite friends whom I admired, especially for her love and devotion to her family.
She is deeply missed.
