Peter, Just learned about your mother's passing. Unfortunately, my career took me to Ottawa and then overseas and therefore we have lost touch for the past 25 years or so. I still remember well the times we played bridge in your mother's home. I very much appreciated the lively, interesting conversations I had with her and her excellent bridge skills.

To Margaret's family, my sincere condolences on your Mother's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting her while working at the Grandview and enjoyed her stories immensely. We shared many conversations and laughs, usually involving me finding peaches or peach yogurt for her. She spoke lovingly of her family and I had the pleasure of meeting Peter on many occasions as he visited his mother. I will miss her but feel so fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting her. Rest in peace Mrs. Krailo.

We were so sorry to hear of Margaret's death. Marion and I enjoyed lunch last Thursday at Grandview when we shared a table with Margaret and Peter and found so much to talk about, so many acquaintances in common. We will miss both of you at lunch on Thursdays.

When I think of Marg, and her visits to Halifax, I smile. ' Nuff said.
I'm glad the siblings are all together to share precious stories about their mom, who lived life to its fullest for a good, long time. Thinking about you all.

So sorry to hear of Marg's passing. Her many happy visits to Halifax over the years will be remembered with fondness. They were full of laughter, great stories and of course a little wine. Marg's spirit and laughter will be missed by all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Marg was a fabulous person. It was a privilege to know and spent time with her on her East Coast visits! I have many fond memories of Marg--may she rest in peace. With much love to all the family!

Marg may have been a tough, determined and stubborn woman but it was these these traits and characteristics that enabled Marg to live such an active, spirited and lengthy life. It was a life lived on her terms but one filled with amazing stories, great debates and much laughter. As with many parents, one of Marg's greatest and lasting legacies will be her three adult children who most represent all that was cherished, valued and honourable in Marg's life. I know that there will be more than a few family and friends holding up a glass of red wine in her memory over the next several days and for days to come, no doubt! I'm sorry about your loss, but you've had a wonderful Mother all 90 plus years. She loved all of her children, equally. I'm happy that I knew her, too.
