MULHOLLAND, Margaret B. "Marge Age 85, of Saginaw, MI died peacefully of natural causes on December 4th, 2014, surrounded by her family at Caretel Inns Senior Care Facility in Linden, MI. Memorial Service will be held 6pm Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Deacon Ron Kenney officiating. Cremation has taken place. Visitation 3pm Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to Saginaw County Animal Care Center, 1312 Gratiot Ave, Saginaw 48602, would be appreciated. Marge was born February 15, 1929, in Calumet MI, to the late John and Mary (McKenna) Bregar, and attended Sacred Heart High School. On June 11, 1952, she was united in marriage to Kent A. Mulholland, in Laurium, Mi. They spent the first two years of marriage overseas in Yokosuka, Japan, where their first child was born while Kent was serving as a naval officer during the Korean War. After returning from Japan to Michigan, Marge and Kent raised their family first in Saginaw, then in Orchard Lake, and eventually returned back to Saginaw where they lived together for the remainder of their 57 year marriage. In addition to raising five children, Marge worked for Hudson's/Macy's Department Stores for 32 continuous years, first at the Pontiac store and then at the Saginaw location. She won numerous awards for her exemplary sales performance and providing outstanding service to customers in the Silver and Gifts Department. Marge was active in the Saginaw Junior League and later the Garden Club. She had an outgoing personality, a warm smile and a great sense of humor. She was an animal lover, good sport on family camping vacations and in later years, an avid motor-home enthusiast travelling extensively with her husband in their Vixen 21, throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her five children, Keith Mulholland, Indianapolis, IN; Mark Mulholland, Saginaw MI; Margo Mulholland, Wiesbaden, Germany: Kent Mulholland Jr., Fort Madison, IA, and Molly Mulholland Kerlin, Flushing, MI. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a brother, Ralph Bregar, Laurium, MI. Marge was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Kent A. Mulholland, who passed away in February 2009.
