Margaret C. Sacher

SACHER Margaret C. Sacher, R. N., born June 2, 1929 in Wheeling, WV, to the late Gregory and Alberta Barrett. Margaret died at home on August 24, 2006. She was preceded in death by sister Martha Jane Snodgrass of Columbus, OH. Survivors include husband of 42 years, William W. Sacher of Columbus; sister, Patricia (Hank) Voitle of Wheeling, WV; brother, James (Nancy) Barrett of Arlington, TX; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Ritner of Bridgeport, OH and Virginia Sacher of Bowie, MD; daughters, Elizabeth A. (Michael) Parks, Marysville, OH and Grace A. Sacher, Columbus, OH; son, Louis J. Sacher, Sr. (Dianne), Marysville, OH; and grandchildren, Louis J. Sacher, Jr. and Breann Meade, Columbus. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Margaret was a graduate of Wheeling Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1950 and was the retired office nurse of the late Robert H. Schoene M.D. of Bryden Road, Columbus. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the HomeReach Hospice at Riverside Hospital, 3535 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43214 in Margaret's memory. Visitation will be held at SCHOEDINGER FUNERAL HOME, Cleveland Avenue Chapel, 2741 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, OH 43224 from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2006. Funeral mass will be held August 29, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Saint James the Less Catholic Church, 1652 Oakland Park Ave., Columbus, OH. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
