Hi, Kari and Mark

My belated condolences to your entire family. My name is Flora De Leon. My parents, Dr. and Mrs. Clavecilla, lived across the court from your Mom and Dad. My sister and I drove by my folks' old home and noticed the For Sale sign on your parents' home. We wondered about your Mom. And,now we know of her passing. She was always a friendly and spunky lady whom we were honored to know. Both my parents have passed, too, but I remember my parents and your parents were long time friends. Take care and, again, the Clavecillas send their belated condolences.

I just learned of Margaret's passing and wanted to wish her family my condolences.... As the guy who painted at her house for the past few years, I was privileged be able to chat w/ her and listen to some of her experiences. Whether it was regarding her travels, her life here or as a child growing up in ND, it was always a pleasure to help her and hear some anecdote about her life. She was an honorable woman!

Dear Kari,

I spoke with Mark recently and found out about your mother's passing. Please accept my belated condolences. Even though you and I never had an opportunity to get to know one another, I count your mother as my most special aunt. She and I were able to spent a number of weekends together thoughout the years when I visited Sacramento on business. She was a very special lady whom I loved dearly.

Sincerely,

Steve Sanders

We enjoyed getting to know Margaret at Lindsey and Brian's wedding. We wish we could be there on Saturday. Please know that you are in our hearts.

My dear Kari and Mark:
I read of your mom's passing in this morning's Bee. She indeed had long, rich and full life. I remember how she radiated such grace and dignity when I came to St.Paul's and Mark was in my first confirmation class. She was truly a "gentleperson of the old school." May God comfort you and yours with blessed memories. In Christ, Pastor Townsend

Mrs. Sanders taught first grade at the D.W. Babcock Elementary where my son was a student in her class. She was an outstanding teacher and a role model for all educators. She enriched the lives of all whom she taught.
Deepest sympathy,
Dorothy McFadyen
