I have such fond memories of Aunty Margaret. We weren't related but she was an Aunt to all us Morrissey kids and Uncle Norm was our Uncle. I remember the trips to Waitarere beach in the summer that I was kindly taken along as well and a trip to Taupo. It was such a treat. Aunty Margaret teaching Clare and I how to play 500 and last card when staying over at their place. I always felt so welcome in Taita and also had numerous hair cuts! Aunty Margaret was such a good friend to our Mum Mona for so many years from youth group right to when Mum died. I will be grateful for the conversations and visits ( and baking!) we had after Mum died, I will treasure those times. I will miss your cheeky sense of humour and kindness, Rest in peace Aunty Margaret, love you always. Christine

To all Margaret's family we extend our deepest sympathy. Margaret loved her golf and sharing her knowledge of the game. Once a teacher always a teacher and she never hesitated in giving her time to help people with their golf or putting them straight on the rules. She was invaluable when we had a large group of new players join Manor Park after introductory days. Many of us appreciated the time and care Margaret devoted to helping Annette, one of our members, with her speech and recovery after a massive stroke.
Rest in peace, Margaret.

Margaret you had the most pristine garden I have ever come across for someone your age. It was a sight to behold. You will be having immense pleasure gardening in paradise. May you rest in peace and rise in glory. From the Lovelly A Team.
