The sweetest Teacher that any student would be happy to have had in their classroom!! I was young from New Carlisle and in fifth grade and she filled our classroom with LOVE and SONGS!! I remember her singing at the fall festival with huge crowds that loved her. We were so blessed to have known her and enjoyed her gifts and talents that she shared with everyone she met. She was a Beautiful person and she taught us so much with music and talents. May God Bless her family and we always remember what a true gift to the world she was!!

I first discovered Margo one night on Nashville now and absolutely fell in love with her music. I remember joining her fan club even. Margo had a concert in Kansas City Missouri so of course my parents got us tickets we were in the front row even. After the concert I got to meet her and we had a picture taken together. I can honestly say Margo Smith was one of the nicest people anyone could ever want to meet. I was really young and I remember she complimented me on what a handsome young man I was and of course I was just starstruck meeting a celebrity, she was just so beautiful. I always thought that Barbara Mandrell and Margo Smith must be sisters, they were the two most beautiful women in the world. The concert was amazing but Margo in person was unforgettable. Complimenting, sweet, kind and very very gracious. Through the years I continued to buy her CDs and just loved her voice which was so pure. I'm sad to hear that she has passed however I know that she is with father God in heaven and probably leading the choir. Thank you to her family for sharing her with all of us all these years. This fan from Kansas City Missouri will miss her very much.

Just found out of Margo´s passing. We always enjoyed her singing, but most of all, her yodeling! I know she was in music business for many years and was so blessed with a beautiful voice. Think of all the good memories you and Holly have of Margo as that´s what keeps us going!
Prayerfully,
