To this day, I'm still in disbelief that Chrisalee, or "Sally", as I use to call her is gone forever. She was a dear friend of mine and I cared for her as if she were my little sister. We met while both working at Men's Wearhouse, and I'll never forget her beautiful smile every time I saw her walk through the door. My day was always better when she was around. I will forever keep a beautiful photo she gave to me in which she wrote how glad she was to had met me. The truth is, I am so grateful, so glad, feel so blessed to had met her and to had been able to call her my friend.

Sally, even though we lost touch in the last few years, you know how much I love you girl! I regularly think of you and remember all the great times we had. I will always cherish the days we shared and I truly cared for you as my little sister. Even though I ache to know I can't just pick up the phone and talk to you, I know I will see you again.

I'm sorry to hear about her loss. I just learned if it today.

I still think about her.

She called me a couple of days before she went missing. It was so strange to hear she was gone for good. I thought it was a dream. She was the sweetest girl I have ever met. I still miss her and wish she was still here.

It's been a few years since we last heard of Sally but the memories are still there. I still remember when she came to Austin to visit and wished she had stayed longer. Personally did not know Huy but knowing Sally I'm sure he was a good guy. Just wanted to say that I still miss you and I have not forgotten what a wonderful person you are and how many people love you. I can honestly say that Sally has changed my life for the better and made my world pink with happiness.

I found a dedication to this girl when looking for a song Sadness and Sorrow. The song attached to this tragedy has brought tears to my eyes. My heart now goes out to someone I don't even know and now, never will. My condolences to the families.

To Salee & the Aparece family - there are no words that can express my deepest sympathy and regret for this most tragic experience. But I want to say that I feel your pain. Although we weren't close, there was something about Salee that makes me hurt so bad everytime I think of her. Her bright personality and beautiful mind simply took an effect on me which is why I still cry for her to this day. I immediately felt so at home when we first met, and each time I saw her she always greeted me with a hug - not just a superficial hug, but a genuine hug, the kind that makes you feel like family. Anyway, I wanted to share my love and prayers with you.

My heart goes out to your entire family. It feels like yesterday Sally was brightening up my classroom dancing her heart out and smiling her glowing smile. May you find peace in your future and know Sally is with her Savior. I cannot express the sadness I feel and will not forget.

I personally do not know her, but my brother and his friends graduated with her in Elsik Class of 2001. I have been following the news ever since my mom forwarded me an e-mail about her, missing. I may not know her personally, but this story touched me as if she was my own sister. For her family and relatives, I am deeply sorry for what has happened. Keep your head up high and just know she is in a better place now. This will take time, but just leave it up to God. I remember meeting Salee through Elden in grade 6? (Remember those days?) Salee was someone whom I always looked up to when I was younger. She was/is my Ate. I wish I could be there to say goodbye, but like the saying goes, "It's not goodbye, it's 'see you later.'" She will never be forgotten by me, nor anyone else.
