Having just finished watching the memorial online (due to recently recovering from a virus) I was in awe of what a beautiful family she´s been a part of. You all brought such honor and glory to her with your words and performances. Very touching. Displaying faith, hope and love in all that you did. With a healthy dose of courage. I too met Maria through SCC women´s Bible study classes. As many have said beautiful inside and out. I only hope she got some support from me like I got from her through her words and love in the loss of my sister to cancer in May. We are all better off having known her and I can´t wait to see her again. I´m so happy she suffers no more.

We met dear Maria through 4H. She always had a smile on her face; her love and devotion to her children was clearly evident. Maria exhibited such strength and joy, even in her weakness, and I am forever grateful to have known such a woman of God. Peace of Christ and The promises we have because of Jesus to each family member and friend of Maria´s.

I met Maria in about 2001 when she used to come into my dental office to sell Omni products. Everyone loved her, she had such a beautiful sweet spirit. We reconnected about three years ago at a Bible study at Snohomish community Church. That´s when I found out that she survived the first cancer, but was diagnosed with a new one. My heart broke once again. Over the last three years every time I saw Maria she was smiling, never complaining and always giving encouraging words. Maria will be missed by so many people, she had an impact on anybody she met. I look forward to seeing her in heaven one day soon and although I´m not a beach person, I will definitely go to the beach with her. God bless Paul and the children as you continue life without your wife and your mom just.... know that you´re in our prayers.

I met Maria about a year ago at the Women´s Kick off at SCC and felt an immediate and lasting connection with her. My heart sank when I found out she was there to sign up for our cancer group that I was a part of. Since then, we had been able to get to know one another in a very real way. I found Maria to be friendly, transparent, loving and inspiring and it was always a joy to be in her presence. She will be deeply missed! My prayers go out to her family, I can´t imagine the loss they are experiencing but I am grateful we will get to spend eternity together. I can picture her welcoming us with her incredibly sweet smile.

What a beautiful Godly woman Maria was! I was privileged to know her through a Mom's group at Snohomish Community Church. I pray for her dear husband and children as they grieve her homegoing. I know you will see her in Heaven if you trust Jesus for eternal life as Maria did. I feel so privileged to have known Maria, try as someone else mentioned, "Maria was beautiful, inside and out!" She radiated the Jesus she loved and is living in His presence for eternity.

I met Maria about ten years ago when we moved in next door to her sweet mother-in-law. We bonded over faith, equines, chickens, gardens & trying to raise our families `in the world but not of the world´. Beautiful, educated, smart & successful, Maria could have easily carried herself as superior to many. Instead, she was kind/friendly, inclusive & humble... an example of 1 Corinthians 13:4. May we honor her memory by living with the love of Christ & our neighbor

It´s very important to be kind to yourself at this time. Don´t look for blame don´t look for guilt. It makes the grieving process easier if you can be kind to yourself.

I had the honor of knowing Maria for the past few years, and I am heartbroken by her passing. The last time I saw her was in early July, when she visited me one final time. Even in her fragile state, she radiated beauty, grace, and pride in her appearance. We spoke briefly about God, His plan, and her heartfelt prayers that her children would be taken care of after she left this earth.
Maria was kind, loving, and truly beautiful-inside and out. Her love for her children shone through in every story she shared about her daughter´s horseback riding lessons and her sons accomplishments. She treasured her family above all else, and her devotion and warmth were a gift to everyone who knew her.
I feel very sad about her passing, but I take comfort in remembering her spirit, her love, and her unwavering faith. Godspeed, Maria. May you rest in peace and shine in heaven as you did in your life on earth.
A friend.
