Maria Nowak Obituary
She is predeceased by her parents, Ethel and Nandor Mangyik; three brothers and two sisters. Maria is survived by her loving sons, John Nowak and his wife, Stacy and Leon Nowak and his wife, Teresa; grandchildren, John, Sarah, Nichole, Krysten, Michael and Leon; great granddaughter, Hailey; and many other loving relatives.
Funeral Service will be on Friday, April 14, 2023 starting at 9:30 AM at Synowiecki Funeral Home, 56 Carteret Avenue in Carteret, followed by Entombment at St. Gertrude Cemetery Mausoleum in Colonia. Visitation will be on Thursday, from 5 PM – 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.

My dear aunt Maria,
So sad to have heard of your passing. Thank you for all the great memories you have given us. Rest easy we will pass on to generations to come all those great memories. I know you are up in heaven with your brothers and sisters and mother playing Hungarian card and busting each other´s chops.

Aunt Maria,
I was sad to be told of your passing, but I know you are at peace and without suffering. You were an amazing woman, and I'll never forget how you looked out for me like a second Mother as a youngster after my Mom passed.
To John, Leon, and all your family, please accept my sincere condolences on Mom's passing. She's left an incredible legacy to carry on her wishes.
Rest easy, Aunt Maria... I love you and you will NEVER be forgotten...
