This new reality doesn’t seem real. I admire the strength and courage you conveyed throughout this journey of life. There will always be a void; however, I’m holding firm to the belief that we’ll one day see each other again. Until next time..I miss and love you Bookie!

Mariah, goodbyes are always difficult to say, especially to the ones that we love. It's still hard to accept that this is now a term I have to associate with you. You were and still are so loved!!! I truly miss you, your smile that radiated a room, our laughter when we got together, and our simple text messaging. So I won't say goodbye to you, instead Farewell!! See you later my FRIEND!! Love you Always, Mill❤

My life will never be the same without you. When I applied for a job at Emmanuel, I was only looking for a job not friends. I just wanted to come to work and go home. But God blessed me with you. After I started working, one day you walked into the baby room we looked at each other, spoke, and went on with our day. A month went by and it was time to pull names for a secret pal. Amazingly, we pulled each other names. After receiving and exchanging gift for over a week, it was time to reveal our secret pal. I walked to your classroom to give you your last gift of the week and you looked at me and said, “I knew you was my secret pal because old people don’t buy gifts like this”. We both smiled and laughed. From that day on, we built a friendship that turned into a best friend/ sister relationship. Mariah , you knew that I hated the words bye and goodbye. We would always say love ya, see you later. Now that you are no longer on this earth with me, I still can’t find myself to say bye or goodbye. I will only say to you, until we met again, love ya and I will see you later. Mariah, I am going to make sure that your name and our memories live on forever! I love and miss you so much!! You will forever be in my heart!! Make sure you hug all my other angels. Until we meet again. Love ya and I will see you later.

Love your little sister/bestie,
Jazz
