Our prayers and our thou

I remember Cliff remarking that when he first set eyes on Marie and her sisters he felt that they had the looks and bearings of princesses. Throughout his life he never stopped regarding Marie as his princess. On one occasion when Cliff was in the hospital in Regina with a leg injury, he caught a glimpse of Marie heading toward his room and could hardly contain his glee as he remarked to me how her presence really made his day. I love the memory of my substantive and fun-filled conversations with her. Marie was indeed a princess whose loss will be deeply felt by her family and her friends.
