Marilyn J. Tocci, 59, of New Cumberland, died at Penn State Hershey Medical Center on September 1, 2023.
Born December 5, 1963, to the late Attilio and Lois Mandarino Zigerelli, of Monaca, Pa., she was a 1982 graduate of Quigley Catholic High School in Baden, Pa. and a 1986 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She worked at the Neighborhood Daycare Center in Harrisburg from 1987 to 1989, and operated Chas & Chums Daycare from her home in New Cumberland from 1997 to 2007.

Marilyn was a member of the St. Theresa Catholic Church in New Cumberland, and previously served as co-president of its women's group.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Charles Tocci of New Cumberland, two sons, Charles "Chas" of Carlisle and Edward "Austin" of New Cumberland; two brothers, Larry (Tracy) Zigerelli of New Orleans, La., and Mark (Theresa) Zigerelli of West Mayfield, Pa., and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Thursday, September 7, 2023 in St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Bridge St. New Cumberland, PA. Visitation with the family will be held from 9:30 – 10:30 am Thursday prior to Mass in Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Inurnment will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, Lower Allen Twp., PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 101 Erford Rd Ste 201, Camp Hill, PA 17011, or the Pennsylvania Tourette Syndrome Alliance at 527 Frederick St, Hanover, PA 17331.

So very sorry for your loss. My Mom, Dolores Sullivan, spoke highly of you. She told me of Marilyn´s illness quite a long time ago. I pray that you find comfort knowing her suffering is finally over. Keeping you and your family in my prayers.
