I remember Mr. Lamoureux from when I went to KDHS (graduated in 2004). He was always a very nice guy to talk to. I lost my dad last September and I know how hard it is to loose a dad. May you find comfort in the memories and good times that you shared with your husband and father. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mario Lamoureux-what an awesome person to have known and to remember! He was my brother-in-law but in reality he was the brother i never had. Will think of you often but especially on those perfect "motorcyle days". Thanks for the great conversations over numerous cups of tea! all my love,

My thoughts and prayers are with the family...
I had the priviledge of having him as a teacher for 3 years, and enjoyed every minute. He was an inspirational teacher, who touched each student's life...not just in the classroom but in the hallway too. He was a great man, who will be greatly missed by many.

How truly lucky I am for having known Mario all these years!

He so easily adapted to, and excelled at, the many roles he played in his life: husband, father (papa), son, brother, son-in-law, brother-in-law, friend, teacher, uncle, great uncle, etc. He will be greatly missed by so many.

Sail on, sail on, sailor!

I am sad to hear about Mr. Lamoureux's passing, he was an amazing teacher and fabulous role model for the students who were lucky enough to have him as a teacher (me being one of them). He was always happy and upbeat and lit up every room he entered with his smile. My condolences to his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I was inspired by Mario's smile in the face of his suffering and feel priviledged to have been there to help him in his transition from this life to the one he will spend in eternity. I know that all of us at von admired the spirit that Shelley and Mario had together, and her vigilance, as she cared for him. Always remembered. Nancy (von nurse)

Our deepest simpathy for the Lamoureux family for such an untimely departure of a loved husband and father. My short time with Mario was through our work, but during that time I found a friend and a rare person possessing integrity and a lofty moral compass. He will be greatly missed.

Shelley, Nat and Nic,

Our thoughts and many prayers are with you during what must be, the most difficult time. Mario was one of the kindest and funniest men on the planet and will be sorely missed by so many. His wit and smile are what stick in my mind, and I hope that you will always remember how many lives he touched along his way.

No words can express what losing a great man like Mario must be like, so please know that he was loved by so many and will always be remembered with love, respect and admiration.

I will always remember him as a man who adored his wife and kids with every ounce of his being. That is the true testament of a great man.
