Dear Lanza Family, I know that your hearts are breaking, and words can't take away the pain but please know that Marion was a very special woman....I will always hold the memory of her close to my heart...From the first day I met her, I knew she was one of a kind. She gave my son, Matthew (who was a little boy at the time) some kind words and told him that he was a very special little boy and not to listen to anyone whos says anything different! She took my son into her heart and loved him like he was her own.. to this day my son still remembers what Marion said to him. And for that I will be forever grateful..

Marion was such a great person. I remember very well our first meeting--It was February and the Christmas tree was still up--she was joking about how Andy was supposed to take it down--I did it for her and didn't let Andy forget it for years. Halloweens were awesome. I never saw someones mom go so out for Halloween--Marion was definitely an original! My prayers go out to Nancylu and the rest of the family. Marion was a very special person and I'm sure she will be terribly missed but wonderfully remembered.

Who can forget your sparkling eyes and beautiful smile that lit up the room everytime you walked in our office. As a matter of fact the office was always in an uproar with laughter while we would totally forget that we were supposed to be working. You never had a harsh word for anyone and found the goodness in all that you met. Rest in peace Marion I'm sure you have all those up in heaven with you smiling and laughing in no time. I will miss you. Until we meet again, and I know we will ,,,,, with love and fondest of memories, Joan Graves

What a wonderful woman, she gave confidence to everyone she met. I will never forget her kind and friendly personality. She will always be in my memories and prayers. Be strong and happy, the way your mother raised you to be, and you will always be a testament to her.
