COLUMBUS, Marjorie Ruth (nee Austin) Passed away peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital, Hamilton on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in her 89th year. Wife of the late Charles Columbus. Loving mother of Diane and Greg Lougheed, Fran and Barry Schiele, Marilyn and Tom and the late Richard Corville, Judy and Scott Lord, the late Jim Columbus, Chris and Colleen Columbus, and Marianne and Randy Beck. Dear Grandma of Jim, Rhiannon and Jesse, Brandi and Richard, Keith and Lindsey, Adam and Jess, Chuck, Jamie, Katie and Matt, Randi, Charli, and Warren. Dear great-grandma of Lincoln, Connor, Carson, Brittany, Charlee, and Griffin. Sister of the late Grant and Marion Austin, and Ilene and the late Joe Gaspich. Also survived by sister-in-law Theresa Mullen, and many nieces and nephews. The family will honour her life with visitation at the Hyde & Mott Chapel of R.H.B. Anderson Funeral Homes Ltd., 60 Main St. S., Hagersville on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Walpole on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. Interment in the adjoining cemetery.
