MARJORIE KUPFNER Obituary
Marjorie was born to Samuel and Hazel Spicer-Abernathy on May 8, 1922 in Boulder, CO. She was raised and went to school at Marshall and Boulder High School. She married Alvin (Ben) Wesley Kupfner on October 1, 1939 in Denver, CO.
She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin Kupfner; one sister Mildred Lauer and her parents Samuel and Hazel Abernathy. She is survived by three sons, Bill (Doreen) Kupfner of Joliet, MT, James Kupfner of Louisville and Steve (Pat) Kupfner of Lafayette; three sisters, Melva (Ray) Mason of Boulder, CO, Margaret Gapter of Cheyenne, WY and Maybelle Wilson of Mead, CO; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. – 11 p.m. on the day of the service. Marjorie's service will then take place at 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Crist Mortuary Chapel, 3395 Penrose Place, Boulder, CO.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made on behalf of Devon Kupfner at American Family Insurance in care of Vicki Kupfner, 400 South McCaslin Blvd. Suite 206, Louisville, CO.
Arrangements under the direction of Crist Mortuary, Boulder, CO.
