Marjorie Olmsted

I didn't have the honour of meeting this lovely lady but, having read the obituary in the Calgary Herald today, I felt compelled to leave a note.

My condolences to the Olmstead family and all who loved her.

My deepest sympathies to the Olmsted family during this time of mourning.

I am very sorry to see another great lady from Red Pine Camp leave us. She will be greatly missed.

I have so many fine memories of Margorie from the shared times at RPC.One of my favorites is of the T shirt she sometimes wore of a woman drying herself with the hand dryer in the ladies washroom. That was one side of Margorie, fun loving and able to poke fun at hereself. She dared to take risks and in so doing brought joy to many of us.
My heartfelt sympathy to Earl, Val,Eleanor and Bruce, the grandchildren and other family members.

I always enjoyed her humour when I visited Bruce in their home on Broadview Ave

She will be fondly remembered.
