RAMSEUR — Marjorie Frazier Roach, 82, of Ramseur, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2008, at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.
A service celebrating her life will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 18, at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Gary Moger and Mr. Kevin Franklin. Burial will follow in Kildee Wesleyan Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Roach was born August 22, 1925, in Randolph County, to Audie Holland and Daisy Kivett Frazier. She retired after 38 years of company service at Burlington Industries and was a longtime and faithful member of Faith Baptist Church in Ramseur.
She was preceded in death by her parents and also by her husband, James R. Roach; brother, Edgar Colon Frazier and her sister, Edith Frazier Burgess.
She is survived by two nieces and their families, Jo Ann Burgess Brickhouse and husband, Norman, of Sanford; their son, Dudley Brickhouse and wife, Tina and children, Bryan, Jenna and Brad, all of The Woodlands, Texas; Doris Frazier Baldwin and husband, Max, and their family, Ann Baldwin Harris and husband, Worth, children, Sarah and Georgia; John Frazier Baldwin and wife, Kari, children, John and Will, all of Raleigh; several cousins and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Thursday evening at Loflin Funeral Home in Ramseur, other times at the residence.
