Mark George Benton passed away peacefully at his cherished beach house surrounded by his wife Elizabeth on October 14, 2023.

Mark was born in Eugene, Oregon on February 17th, 1952 to George and Mary Benton.

He is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth and his two step children; Alex (Ann), and Rachel, and his sister Margaret (Robert). Mark is also survived by many friends all across the country.

Mark was an Attorney for 42 years, helping people was his passion and showed in his perseverance to win each case he was faced with. He spent his retired days fishing and out on his boat with his very loyal dog Coco.

Per Mark's wishes, a celebration of life will be held at his and Elizabeth's home on Saturday October 21st at 12pm where his life will be celebrated.
