In memory of
Caitlin Moriarty
July 1, 2023
Just heard that Mark passed away from my mom, and wanted to say that I have memories of Mark from our childhood in Westboro, as the Gagnons lived behind us. I hope this makes you laugh...on a few occasions, Mark and I waved at each other from our respective bedroom windows as we snuck cigarettes. I also remember the Gagnon dog plowed me over as a kid! I wish I'd known Mark as an adult. He seems to have lived such an interesting and varied life. My sincere condolences.

It was a pleasure to serve alongside of Mark in Gospel Care. I still remember the day he asked if he could complete the GC training before the next year´s training, and I immediately made time for him. Now knowing Mark wouldn´t have made it to the new training this year. Although Scott and I were leading the training, it felt like we were all learning from each other´s lived experience. To hear that Mark was able to find live in the midst of suffering through a selfless and altruistic act of listening and journeying alongside of someone longing for change and growth is so beautiful. Mark will forever be a tangible example of the life of Christ - a man who choose to live life fully by making time to bring healing, warmth, and a full belly to others.
I will miss you and know that Saeyoung and your family are in good hands.
- Much Love,
Nathan Flores

Dear Saeyoung,
Your time with Mark was way too short, while love knows not the bounds of time, space or depth.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
