Mark Joslyn, age 52, died at his home in Champaign, Illinois, on Saturday, May 9, 2009. Born August 28, 1956 in Clarinda, Iowa, Mark graduated from Clarinda High School in 1974. He attended both the University of Iowa and the University of Illinois. Mark worked at Kraft for 25 years.
A man of many interests, you could find him involved in the local music scene or Vintage Car events. He was founder of the Central Illinois Triumph Club. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, and most of all his friends and family. He had lived in Champaign since 1976.
Mark is survived by his parents, Lewis and Elaine Joslyn of Clarinda, and two brothers, Jayd (Rene) Joslyn of Lafayette, Indiana, and Randal (Lois) Joslyn of Coralville, Iowa, and three nieces and one nephew. A celebration of his life was held on Thursday, May 14, in Champaign.
A visitation for friends and family will be held in Clarinda at a later date.
