Mark was a cousin, and all I am left with is his smile, his presence, and the fantstic professional, and personal reputation this amazing young man left. My condolences to his family. May his life be for a blessing.

Mark was a gentle-natured, soft-spoken classmate at Northwestern. He was always willing to help and that carried on through his days in practice. I always knew he'd return a call and help when needed for my patients. I have lost an old friend and valued colleague. This pales in comparison to the loss you his family feel. You have my sincere condolences and the hope that your sorrow will pass into solace as the days wear on. I am truly sorry for your loss.
