Dear Haik family,
It saddens me to be writing this, especially about Mark. I know what it's like to lose a sibling/brother. I from a young age (12 years old) was some what mesmerized by Mark. Had the first conversion van I ever saw. First corvette I ever rode in. Remember going to Theodore Wirth watching Mark,Steve and Dane Carroll ski jump. To myself they were super athletes. Mark was my brother Dave's best friend and best man at his wedding. Mark was very compassionate and always took the time to sit and chat even though I was a young kid. Most 17-18 yr olds would tell a 12 year old to beat it. Not Mark. Always gave me that hair head rub and said what's up! Mark later on in life put in a fence at my home and still had that same million dollar smile and a kind word. I'm sorry for your lose. But know that God is our comforter and Mark is in his presence. My families prayers are with your family at this time. Mark thank you for just being you.
Joe
