I am saddened to read of Mark’s passing. We were friends in high school and met up again at Jefferson. He attended our earlier reunions. Sorry we lost contact over the years.

So very very sorry about Mark's passing. He was truly a wonderful man. We became neighbors when we moved in directly behind Mark and Catherine 33 years ago, and we hit it off right away. We will truly miss him.

Years back I was on a committee with Mark while members of the United Methodist Church of Bala Cynwyd. I enjoyed knowing him, his smile, his humor, and always being a prince of a man. What I remember most is how he could say a simple statement dryly and it simply made me laugh. Thank you Mark.

Hi, my deepest sympathies. I first met Mark when he was working for Rubin/Equitable Real Estate in the early '90s and I was with Equitable. We stayed in touch, looked at a few projects together in the last ten years, but never did one, and I saw one or two of his completed house renovations in the past five years. I had not talked to him since pre-pandemic, however. Andy Miller, the environmental engineer I work with, mentioned that he had a funeral to go to on Tuesday - small world. I will miss Mark, his dry humor, ready smile, and deep well of knowledge. I regret I did not get a chance to say goodbye. I know he will live on in your lives, however, as he seems to have left a great legacy with his family.
Best,
Scott Janzen

His chuckle is memorable. He gave me lots of window work and enjoyed being with him and knowing the family. I will always remember.

I was in the Olney Acapella Choir with Mark. He was a great guy and had a good voice. The choir was a big part of our social life back then. I will remember Mark with his wonderful smile and friendly manner. (He loved to have fun, too.)
I send my best regards to the family and prayers for your comfort. He did a lot with his life, as I can see, and lived it to the fullest. Well done, Mark!
