To the family, many, many friends and fans of this wonderful man Mark Howard fine comfort with you during this difficult time in your lives. Mark Howard James, better known by his stage name The 45 King, was a hip-hop producer who worked with greats like Jay-Z, Queen Latifah, and Eminem.
May the God of all comfort who is the hearer of prayers be with you in your time of need with his loving kindness and peace as He strengthens you to cope during this difficult time. May family, friends and extended family cherish his memories.

I remember Mark the 45 King from days of WBKS doing remixes for Red Alert. One of my favorite songs I played and still play in the mix is the 900 number. He was an intricate part of hip hop and his legacy will live forever. His music touched many.

My first memory of Mark was hearing him spin on KISS FM 1987 when DJ Red Alert brought him with the 45 King Special. I knew from there he was destined for greatness
