Mark, the day you were worried about has come and gone. You never thought anyone would be good enough for our daughter. You said you would worry even more when she got married. Kind sir, rest peacefully knowing Cherise is in loving hands. They will take great care of each other!

I don't know how the after death experience happens but I hope you got to see her walk into Danny's open arms as he accepted his bride. They were married in the San Francisco court house--a lovely and historical building. You would have approved! She's happy, secure, and well-loved. We did a good job.

Marky, growing up as a child you were always the dareing one of all us kids. You loved motorcycle riding (jumping hills), rock climbing, learning to fly, camping and fourwheeling. As a man you were friendly, reliable and honest, customers always came first. But as a Father is where you really shined, your love for Cherise was limitless. She would make your face light up when you spoke of her and you were always so proud of all her accomplishments. We are so lucky, because in her we see so much of you, you are always with us. We miss you, we love you, you are forever in our hearts!

Our first Christmas was touching. Money was tight. We had decided we could spend $25.00 on each other for a gift. A few days later Mark asked if we could forgo gifts and instead buy Christmas decorations for the apartment. He hung lights around the window and front door. It was the sweetest of Christmas'.

Happy Holidays to everyone! I think we will hold our special loved ones a little tighter and longer this year.

Mark, so I guess it is time for you to watch us from above, enjoy the view. We think you may have returned as an Owl who hangs out around our house, mostly at night, but still waiting for a definitive sign. Good choice on becoming a protected species! You can rest assured that we will look out for Cherise and the rest of your family. I lost my Christmas buddy and will have to eat the cookies and drink half the milk myself for the first time! I will always cherish the great times we had every year during the Holidays. Goodbye my In-Law Out-Law. Dave Out

So many wonderful memories...smiles...and laughter. Two favorites memories come to mind. Giving birth to our daughter Cherise, and having Mark look at me and say, "This is the best birthday gift ever!"

Cherise was four years old and in a tap-n-jazz dance performance. After her group exited the stage, Cherise came back on stage, put her hand over her eyes to shield the bright lights, and called out, "Daddy, where are you daddy?" Mark jumped up from the audience and said, "Right here Cherise, I am right here." People sitting around us were commenting on how cute the little girl was. Mark, still standing, said, "She's mine. She's mine."

He was always so proud of our daughter. Mark was a great dad, friend, and man. You are missed!

"I met Mark for the first time when I met his brand new cherished baby girl, Cherise Lauren. Both of these additions to our family were gifts from heaven. Heaven reached down to Mark, leaving us to treasure his most remarkable gift, Cherise Lauren Kron. When Cherise laughs or moves her head just so, we can look at her and say, "Ah, there you are Mark."...it is through his daughter that Mark will live on."

In love, in sadness, and most certainly gratitude,

Mark was the best pool man we've ever had! He was very kind, helpful and professional. We talked a lot about our dogs. Our dog loved him! He would take time to throw her a ball while servicing our pool. He also talked a lot about his daughter! It was evident how proud he was of her and how much he loved her! Our family will miss seeing and talking with him. We extend our deepest sympathy to all of his family and friends. Both my husband and I spoke with Mark just a few weeks ago...neither one of us realizing how gravely ill he was. We wish we could have said good-bye. Keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers!

I dreamed of your daughter last night, and in the dream she was talking to you. The two of you forever bound in your love for one another. You were an amazing father and human being. I am so grateful for having the gift of you, wonderful you. Visit with us in our dreams, as we visit with you in our memories and hearts.

It must have been a courageous battle because you were the most reliable person I ever knew, and never had a clue that you were ill. When you said you would do something, you did it. I miss you already. Be well, my friend. Watch over us and know that you were certainly cared about on earth.

Mark has taken care of our pools since 1987. He was a hard worker and a wonderful person. We enjoyed visiting with him every Saturday. Our entire family is so saddened by his passing. He watched our children grow up and marry with children of their own. He will be missed. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
