Hi Lacey family. Please accept our best on the passing of Mark. Your family were great neighbors who warmly welcomed us into our new life in Oakmont (in 1969?). Your friendship was so welcome as our family entered our new life in Oakmont. I learned to appreciate it even more later in life as Lisa and I raised a family. Mark and I shared a few things growing up. We both pitched in to purchase the first Led Zeppelin album and made an effort at forming a band. Mark was the only one that really knew what he was doing. Mark also wired a morse code set up between our respective bedrooms. Eventually your mother had to call our house to ask that I cease and desist. Mark developed a rich life for himself and his family. I hope you all find peace. dp

Mark was the cousin that I was closest to as a kid because we were the same age. I remember the times the Laceys visited Indian Lake and we would all get together for family times - the Laceys and the Bachs. This would have been in the late 60's when I lived there with my family. Mark rowed a row boat across the lake to where our house was and we would hang out together. He was a caring and loving person even as a kid, and loved having adventures with his cousins.

So sorry to hear about your loss, Leah. May God's peace that surpasses all understanding garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Your father served the Lord and I know he is being honored for that in heaven. Peace and comfort to all of you during this difficult time.

Mark was an active, inquisitive, thoughtful, intelligent, engaging, musical, funny and very loving child and adult. He never met a stranger and was a good friend. When very young, he scampered about like a pixie and laughed with Joy and happiness. I have fond memories and loving smiles as Mark ascends to God´s Heaven with Angels all around.

Hadn't been in touch with Mark for many years, but he holds a lot of places in my memories. Rest easy.

I´m saying goodbye to a very loving , good natured, creative person. He truly was one of the people that started me on my way to my interest in production work.

My sweet and wonderful cousin who always marched to the beat of a different drummer (like me). I know he´s playing music in heaven now for all to enjoy! I love you! Rest In Peace!
