Mark Lepczyk

I would like to express a heartfelt thank you to each and everyone of you that responded to Mark's obituary. It meant so much to Dana and the family. His absence has left each of us torn to bits, and your love and prayers help us to deal with each new day we experience without him. I can only hope that Mark knew how much he meant to everyone.

I would like to send my deepest thoughts and prayers to my Aunt Dee, Uncle Stan, cousins Susie, Donnie & Casey. I remember and will never be forgotten a lot of good times with Mark my 1st cousin and the family when we would play at Grandma & Grandpa's house, on our family camping trips to Golden Trout Mine, or at Aunt Dee's house on the weekends & the summertime through out our childhood & adult years. I remember his since of humor, devilish but warm & loving smile. I remember as kids that devilish smile covered with chocolate when he was eating Grandma or Aunt Dee's chocolate cake and didn't want to eat much of anything else except chocolate cake and or McDonald's. I have not seen my cousin Mark for many years because he moved to San Francisco and I moved to San Diego County. But Mark & the family has always been in my thoughts. I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Dana his life time partner but hope to someday. My deepest sympathy also goes out to you Dana.

I tell my self that he is not suffering anymore and is in a better place with Grandma & Grandpa and his Aunt Pat (my mother). I will miss you, and love you very much Mark.

My heart goes out to the family. I'm so sorry for the loss of Mark. Mark was my baby as well. We had lots of good times lots of jokes and lots of good food. I could always get a big smile and watch those beautiful eyes just shine like a star when he got that ketchup. Mark had a heart so big and always thought of others . Thank you Dana for your kindness,protection and making sure he was as comfortable as possible until the end. You always took time out of your busy schedule to take care of Mark as he got weaker.Dana you are a good person as well. I love you both and thank you for all the good times we had together.

I want to express my deepest sympathy to the Lepczyk Family and Dana Johnson. I pray for all of you to have strength through these times. I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Mark through his partner, Dana. I will miss him. God Bless you all.

I spent the last 15 years of my life with this man. I am a much better person for it. He loved his family! He was crazy about his niece! Mark was ill most of his adult life, so he wanted to see what he could, while he could. We put a few miles in. I think he died happy. But, I know he knew he was loved.

I would like to send my thoughts and prayers to the Lepszyk Family.

Sue,Donald and Mark are all directly tied to my child and teen-hood. I can close my eyes and remember what each of your kindergarten pictures look like. And almost everygrade after that. You all are a big part,the best part of my childhood. Mark, Bob, Diana and I used to hang out and drive around aimlessly,for hours everyday while in highschool, enjoying each others company. The jokes and laughs never stopped. Even the insults among us all were priceless and funny. None of us will ever forget the times we shared together. And yes,Mark wore a beautiful smile. But what about those eyes! They are times never to be forgotten. Mark has always been an Angel. We are lucky to have had him by our sides.

We would like to express our love and prayers to you all. I (Dianne) actually attended school with Mark dating back to the 7th grade. Mark ALWAYS, and I do mean ALWAYS had such an awesome smile on his face, was quiet or seemed to be, but you could tell behind that devilish smile he was crackin jokes. I am glad to see, by the sounds of the article, that Mark carried all of his love and sunshine into his adult life as well. His smile will never be forgotten. I will miss my brother so very much and would love to hear any stories or things anybody have to say about Mark.

I am deeply saddened to hear about my old friend Mark. In the early 80's we were the closest friends on the planet. we hung out morning noon and night. I will always remember his awesome gift of humor, his beautiful smile and his HUGE heart. We must of went to 100 rock concerts together and had some of the best times of our lives together. I was there when he got his first job at McDonalds (50 feet from his house) and I was there when he got his first car and i helped him learn to drive. i was there when he wrecked his first and second cars too, but he got better with practice. We teased eachother a lot, like most friends do.I have tried to track him down for several years just to tell him I was thinking about him but i was never lucky enough to do so. He moved to San Fran, and I moved to NYC.

I would like to send my thoughts and prayers to his wonderful parents, his big brother Donald (who i love and miss) and his sister Susan, as well as his life partner, his friends and loved ones. I am in pain at the loss of this awesome kind hearted guy, so i can only imagine the pain you are going thru. I believe Mark is flashing his beautiful smile in front of God and all the Saints in heaven. God bless you little buddy, see you when i get there, your pal Bob Bowen
