My big brother Mark. What can I say as the tears roll down my face I honestly cannot believe he is no longer w us :((( . I just talk to him the other day and his birthday was January 2 we were laughing he read me a poem. We also told jokes to each other. Things we did some times when I got off late at work since he was three hours earlier try to cheer each other up LOL ~~~I'm truly happy he got to see the Cubs win the World Series on TV of course not at Wrigley Field which he probably would've rather!! And of course in the left-field bleachers since he was a left field bleacher bum. LOL my father as well, n me when I was a young girl. I hope he is reunited with our mom and dad and they're all together shining down upon my sister Laura and I. And r hoping that everything will somehow be OK. I love you bro, now then n forever. . XO. Shelley my heart goes out to you my thoughts my prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss. When Mark moved to Sacramento we met for lunch and he filled me in on his interesting life. I saw him at Temple In September and he had his usual warm smile. May his memory be a blessing

Mark, we began our lifelong friendship working together on various high school organizations (Student Council, Key Club, Blue & White Club). It was a significant foundation for our commitment to social justice. We shared a passion for the Chicago Cubs, and finally enjoyed a championship season. Finally, whenever we got together, most of our conversation centered on "kvelling" over our children. Shelley, your dad was a good man.
