Dear Leslie and Trevor, I was deeply saddened when I heard the news about Mark just the other day. Your loss of Doug was beyond belief, and now Mark, is unimaginable. You and Trevor are in my thoughts and prayers. You and Mark were such a big part of Nick's scouting years, thank you for that. With love and hope for healing, Anne Mayer and Nicholas Friskel.

Too All McKellar Family;

I met Mark over 40 years ago at The First Presbyterian Church in Greenlawn,NY and we became friends in a youth group in church. I worked at the Greenlawn Hardware Store and Mark work at Blue Bell Beverage Store. I use to go and see him, and I had to ask the owner where is Mark, and Mike the owner said they the cooler. Guess what Mark was in the cooler. After high school everyone goes their different ways in going to college and starting a family of their own. Mark was good man and a stand up person.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Dear Leslie and Trevor it is with a very heavy heart that I send my love and condolences to you and your family. Trevor even over the past 27 years of not seeing your Dad and Mom I counted them as some of my closest friends. Your Dad and I got into more than our share of trouble back in collage and continued our friendship for many years because he was such a wonderful guy to be with and he cared deeply about his friends. Leslie I thought about you and Mark more times that I can count. I will always remember him teaching me the right way to use a skill saw when we were rebuilding your mothers back deck (I also remember the sunburn I got not Mark of course). So every time I use a skill saw to this day, I think fondly of Mark and try to cut as straight as he would so easily do. Leslie thank you for the slide show. So many times I remember and so many I missed but it was wonderful to see how happy he was and good with the boys. Well, being just a big kid himself of course he was a great father. We will see the next time we travel to FL or if you are up in CT please let me know. Love Joe and Family

Leslie and Trevor: Queen Elizabeth II once said : "Grief is the price we pay for love."

The slide show shared so many insights to the joys of Mark's life. Mark will remain in your hearts and memories always, and also ours.

You both are in our thoughts.
