Mark Morrell

Mark William Morrell, 71, of Leominster, Massachusetts, formerly of Concord, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2025.

Born on December 5, 1953, in Dedham and raised on Cape Cod, Mark developed a deep love for the water. Some of his fondest memories included bridge jumping and sailing in his boat. He pursued a distinguished career as an internationally acclaimed jeweler, dedicating nearly 50 years to his craft before retiring in 2023.

Beyond his profession, Mark had a passion for cars and motorcycles, enjoyed building computers, and was an adventurous foodie. He cherished time spent with his grandchildren and found joy in sharing laughter with those around him.

Mark is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Allyson Morrell; his daughters, Katie Morrell and her husband Joseph Wyeth, and Jodie Morrell and her husband Louis McDonald; and three grandchildren, Owen Higgins, Amelia McDonald, and Liam McDonald. He also leaves behind his brothers, Glen and John Morrell, as well as his loyal companion, Harry, a long-haired orange cat who rarely left his side.

Mark will be remembered for his sense of humor and unwavering dedication to bringing happiness to his family. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
