I can't believe it's a year already. I hope that you all are finding a way to cope, and I also hope that when you speak of my cousin Mark, you do so with smiles and laughter. I truly regret not seeing Mark more often.

Let this candle represent Mark and all the lucky people Mark touched with his everlasting glow and fiery spark! I'm so very sorry for your loss seems cliche and in genuine but I want you to know that your sorrow doesn't go unheard in my heart. ❤

Nicole and family while not knowing MarkPaster, his obituary allowed us a glimpse into a special human being. His obvious intellect, fueled many passions and skills. While never easy we hope you are at peace, and he rests in peace as well. We continue to pray for you and all in your family for comfort and love. Mike and Jackie Gallagher

Mark always made sure his family and friends had a good time! I'll never forget the day he took me and Karen out sailing. The sky was a perfect blue with the sun shining warm on us. We went out to the Chesapeake Bay and into the downtown harbor. How easily he maneuvered in and around the other boats and back out to his own boat dock. It was an absolute treat! Anyone could tell this was his passion and he made it look effortless. I'll never forget that day of complete joy and ease of being in his presence. He will always remain in our hearts. XO

In loving memory of my Uncle Mark I will remember the fun times getting for Thanksgiving, but most of all getting together around the table playing cards.

Mark was truly passionate about sailing. He loved to share his experience and was a great ambassador for the sport and its possibilities. I appreciated that Mark always working to improve and always seemed happiest when he was on the water. I will miss him.

I am so very sorry to hear about your terrible loss. My memories of Mark are few and far between. My parents, Haskell and Judy, often spoke very fondly of him and my dad was especially proud of his nephew. May his memory always be a blessing. So sorry.
