Mark Thornton

Mark was a high school buddy of mine and was a real funny guy, and yes, did love the Beatles. We played baseball together in high school for a short time. He was a catcher and I was a pitcher. I had a lot of great memories driving around in the "gold cooker" his Ford Cougar that he "decorated". See you in heaven buddy.

Mark "Thunder" Thornton. Rest in Peace. I haven't seen Mark in almost 40 years but he was a big part of my Hinsdale Central experience. The world is a little worse off without him.

That he was baptized member of the Downers Grove SDA church .

He was the raccoon whisperer! Built a great A frame habitat for them & took care until they could be released into the wild.
