I worked with Marshall many years ago as a contractor for Exxon and an large industry group of which he was Chairman. We performed environmental measurements in the Houston Ship Channel area.. He was a tough, but very fair customer. He was always concerned about doing the right thing and meeting all aspects of the law. People of his character are so important to the industry and our society. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was a great man in his industry and will be missed by all.
